Scottish Lamb for St Andrews Day

In an initiative through Quality Meat Scotland to encourage the purchase of Scottish lamb and use as the national dish on St Andrews Day, Ladyurd Farm kindly donated the lamb meat basis of a recipe we used earlier this week for lamb keema. All students enjoyed cooking and eating their dishes 🙂
